A few simple ways to make it even more magical

Parent FAQ

What if we miss a day, or three?

Use the “Little Rest Day” card, or simply continue the next evening with the next card. Pip never guilt-trips. Mission numbers are a sequence, not dates.

My child hugged and carried Pip everywhere. Is the magic broken?

Not at all — Pip is a friend, not a fragile idol. There is no “don't touch” rule in this house. Hugging is officially encouraged by North Pole HQ.

Do I have to move Pip every night?

No. Moving Pip is optional seasoning, never a requirement. The mission card is the star of each morning.

What happens on Christmas Day?

Before your child wakes, let Pip fly home to the North Pole and leave “A Little Note From Pip” in his usual spot. Its QR code plays Pip's journey home — then download their personalised certificate here on the site.

Can siblings share one Pip?

Yes — missions are designed for teamwork. For scratching rights, alternate mornings. You'll thank us.
