When should we start?

Day 1 is December 1st — Pip arrives, Santa's letter is read, and the first mission begins. Order by late November to be ready.

How much work is it for parents, really?

Thirty seconds a night: place tomorrow's card beside Pip. The cards are pre-written and missions use things you already have at home. That's the entire job.

What if we're too busy one night?

That's what the “Little Rest Day” card is for. Leave it beside Pip and pick up tomorrow — no catching up, no broken magic.

How long does a mission take?

Most take 10–20 joyful minutes. Some take five.

What ages is it for?

Designed for ages 3–8, with missions flexible enough for siblings to join — younger and older.

Can my child touch Pip?

Absolutely. Pip is a friend, not a surveillance elf. Hugging is encouraged.

What happens next year?
